The Snares
The Snares are an American psych-rock outfit based in Sacramento, California. The band currently consists of Izzie Gomez (guitar, vocals), Lukas Brodie (drums), Danielle Judith (organ, vocals) and Julian Paz (bass). The Snares have a variety of influences that can be heard in their sound, including garage/psychedelic rock, pop, noise rock, and post-punk.
Chewing Gum
Chewing Gum is an all-girl heavy grunge band in Seattle. Formed in 2025, Chewing Gum’s goal is to revive the raw sound of the 90’s while bringing fresh, female fronted energy to new audiences. They draw inspiration from Alice in Chains, Rage Against the Machine, Hole and other high energy bands. In the words of lead singer Maddie Meharry, “Girl’s can rock out just as hard as all the f***ng guys.” Chewing Gum brings feminine flair to hard, sludgy rock. Known for their high energy and unpredictable live performances, Chewing Gum aims to make people feel something, whether through music or live.
Klondike Kate
Klondike Kate is a high energy punk trio from Tacoma, Washington, delivering a raw, unfiltered sound shaped by the grit of the Pacific Northwest underground. Formed in 2009 by drummer vocalist Kate Roxwell, the band found its backbone in 2012 with the arrival of bassist vocalist Brenda Davidson. In 2025, guitarist Billy Idle joined the lineup, expanding the band’s sonic firepower while preserving the stripped down intensity that defines their sound.
Built on pounding drums, driving bass, jagged guitar, and a dynamic vocal trade off, Klondike Kate blends the urgency of early hardcore with the attitude of riot grrrl and the melodic bite of classic punk. Their songs are fast, loud, and unapologetically direct - often clocking in under two minutes - drawing influence from Misfits, Minor Threat, The Runaways, Sonic Youth, and the raw lineage of Northwest punk.
The band’s 2018 release, 13.5 (PIG Records), captures their signature mix of humor, intensity, and high?velocity songwriting. Tracks like Alien Invasion, Snot Rocket, Wonder Woman, and Tacoma Girls remain fan favorites and staples of their live set.
Onstage, Klondike Kate is a force of nature. Their shows across Tacoma, Seattle, Olympia, Bend, and Portland have earned them a reputation for unpredictability and explosive energy, often winning over a room within seconds. They’ve shared stages with punk icons including MDC, Angry Samoans, D.I., Agent 86, and Potbelly, cementing their place in the Northwest’s punk lineage.
